What it does to a run
- Drayano hack of HG/SS: the full national dex is obtainable across Johto and Kanto.
- Trainers get expanded, better-built teams; gym leaders and the Elite Four are rebuilt.
- The Johto level curve is fixed upward, so the vanilla under-levelling problem mostly disappears.
